In Memory

Terence John Davie

16 Jul 1947 - 18 Nov 2024

Terry was above all an affectionate husband, loving father and doting grandfather. He enjoyed cruising, travelling, golfing, and following all sports with a seemingly encylopaedic knowledge. In his younger days he enjoyed playing Sunday League football and was a keen West Ham supporter. One of his favourite memories was watching England win the 1966 World Cup at Wembley. He enjoyed water-skiing mainly in the Caribbean and Singapore and playing Bridge. He worked tirelessly right up until (and during!) his admission to Royal Trinity. Never giving up hope, or enjoyment for life and living, Terry will be dearly missed by family and friends. Especially his sense of humour, quick witted quips, and everlasting smile. We will be eternally grateful to the Royal Marsden Hospital and Royal Trinity Hospice for the care and dignity with which Terry was treated especially in his final days. Forever in our hearts Terence Davie 16/07/1947-18/11/2024
