Recruitment process

Applications

For most roles, we use a recruitment portal called Webrecruit which you will be taken to when you select the “Apply Online” button on the job advert.

Our recruitment portal allows you to save your application and return to it. You can also re-use your application and account if you apply for another role with us in the future.

Please contact our HR team if you have any trouble with this, or any other part of the process.

We are proud to celebrate the unique things that make our diverse community of colleagues and volunteers who they are, so if you are excited about a role on our website, but your experience does not align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.

Interviews

Sometimes when we invite candidates to attend an interview, we will also give them information about anything they should prepare in advance of their interview or give them details of a test or exercise they will need to complete as part of the interview process.

If you require any additional reasonable adjustments to be made in either of these instances, please let the HR team and they will be happy to help.

References

References are only requested once the successful applicant has been offered and accepted a role. All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory references, and DBS checks; we will never contact a referee without your consent.

Contact us

Please contact the HR department by phone on 020 7787 1000 or email if you have any further questions during the process.
