  • We are renowned for our patient-centred care and have an optimal nurse to patient ratio of 1:3 on the inpatient unit. This allows us to focus on high quality nursing standards, giving clinicians the time and space to deliver the patient care that inspired them to join the profession. In 2019 we were awarded the highest possible quality rating – Outstanding – by the Care Quality Commission
  • Our annual Long Service Awards celebrate 10, 20 and 30 years’ service 
  • Our annual Trinity Excellence Awards were launched in 2022 and take place every summer

Environment and culture

  • Those working in the hospice have year-round access to our award-winning 2-acre gardens, the perfect place to enjoy lunch with colleagues, find a moment of quiet or attend a staff get-together
  • Located on the edge of leafy Clapham Common, we enjoy good public transport links for those working at the hospice, which is within easy reach of Clapham Junction and the Northern Line at Clapham Common. Our retail head office is a short walk from the Northern Line at Clapham South and Balham (which also has National Rail). Most of our shops are within a short walk of a tube station

Your health, safety and wellbeing

  • Flexible and hybrid working is available for many roles.
  • Clinical staff have access to regular informal reflection sessions.
  • Free annual flu vaccinations are available for all Trinity staff.
  • All staff have access to a course of free in-person counselling and free virtual bereavement counselling
  • There is a subsidised on-site café for those working at the hospice.
  • Free eyesight tests for DSE users and a contribution towards the cost of glasses is available.
  • Expert probate support, advice and guidance is available for staff.
