Fundraise for us

Fundraise for Royal Trinity Hospice

This year, we must raise £13m to supplement the funding we receive from the NHS so we can continue to provide our outstanding, compassionate care, free of charge. Your support is vital.

Raising money for Trinity is a great way to get people together, have fun and make a really meaningful difference to people in your community.

Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Put on a quiz night
  • Organise a raffle
  • Host a Dine & Donate event
  • Throw a party night
  • Do a bake sale
  • Host a coffee morning
  • Take on a challenge event

Clothes sale: Carmel and Louize

“Royal Trinity Hospice cared so beautifully for my husband at the end of his life, so it felt really special to give something back. The fundraising team was so supportive and made it easy for us to bring our idea to life. Louize and I organised the clothes sale with our team of friends, some who at the time had loved ones in Trinity themselves, which was not only a wonderful way to raise money to help Trinity continue the incredible work they do, but also such fun — full of laughter, teamwork, and community spirit.”

Own challenge: Le Tour de Nick

"We wanted to fundraise for Trinity to give back in honour of our Friend Nick. Nick and his wife, Tracy, were supported by the hospice through Nick’s final weeks. The team at Trinity was fantastic; they helped us from beginning to end, they got us started with the fundraising and were there when we crossed the finish line at Royal Holloway."

20 years ago, I lost my dear friend Mike in the hospice. A massive shock as my first young friend to pass away. 5 years ago, I lost my gorgeous friend Jo, also in the Hospice. Other friends have lost friends, family, colleagues; it’s a place that is very close to many people's hearts.

I decided to throw a party to raise funds! With the help of a small group of friends, the support of the venue, DJs and local businesses, my plan came together for an evening of fun, dancing, celebrating and donating.
