Royal Trinity Hospice Fulham nominated for London's favourite charity shop Royal Trinity Hospice's Fulham Road shop has been shortlisted in the UK’s Favourite Charity Shop Awards for the London region, after winning the public vote in the same category in 2024 The winner will be decided by a public vote, which opened today. The Awards, run by the Charity Retail Association, are now in their second year and are a celebration of the impact that charity shops have within their local communities. More than 5,000 nominations were received this year and, as part of the process, people were asked to share why they were nominating their favourite shop. When asked what makes Trinity's Fulham shop so special, members of the public said: “The people, they are so lovely to everyone, and they really show a genuine love and respect for their shop and everything that goes into making it look so beautiful. Plus, they are super dog-friendly, which is fantastic.” “They have fantastic clothes, always on trend, always up to date. The place is very colourful and inviting, the staff are very friendly and are always happy to help.” Andy Keen, Director of Retail at Royal Trinity Hospice said: “I am so pleased for the team at Royal Trinity Hospice Fulham. It was a huge achievement to have won the award for London’s Favourite Charity Shop last year, and to be nominated again is testament to their community focus, excellent customer experience and teamwork. “Our Fulham shop is a popular local charity shop, deeply embedded in its community and supported by loyal volunteers and donors from the neighbourhood. But it’s also on the map for fans of sustainable fashion coming from further afield, a real destination for those who know it’s the place to go for incredible pieces and designer gems.
