As a charity, it’s truly amazing to be recognised alongside well-known high-street and independent brands, and we are incredibly grateful for the recognition of our efforts towards sustainability.

We are committed to making significant strides in the retail industry and truly redefining what charity retail can be.

Our shops are essential to raising funds and help Royal Trinity Hospice provide vital free care across our London community. But, we want to show that we can still raise funds while staying focused on our commitment to sustainability and ensuring our fundraising efforts do not harm the planet. And our team does a fantastic job of passionately promoting our mission to be London’s answer to sustainable fashion.

We’re proud to say our shops are stocked entirely with preloved items. 100% is donated by our fantastic community and partner brands, and we never purchase new stock, except for our annual Christmas cards, which are fully sustainable. But it’s not just about the clothes. Sustainability is woven into every aspect of our shops, from electric vehicles to innovative stock rotation systems, reducing single-use plastics, and ensuring our shop fittings focus on sustainable or recycled materials. We go above and beyond to ensure that every part of our business has minimal impact on the environment.
