Gift Aid is reclaimed from HM Revenue & Customs by the charity from the tax you pay for the current financial year. That's an extra 25% at no extra cost to you to help Royal Trinity Hospice provide specialist end of life care.

We must raise over £13m every year. By donating goods to Royal Trinity Hospice shops and adding Gift Aid, you are helping us raise those vital funds. Thank you.

When you donate to our charity shops, either through a home collection, dropping your donations off in our collection bins outside the hospice, at a stock drive, or in one of our shops, you can add gift aid.

Gift Aid Declaration and Agency Agreement

By signing up the Gift Aid I declare:

• I want to Gift Aid my current donation and any donations I may make in the future or have made in the past 4 years to Royal Trinity Hospice.
• I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
• I will notify Trinity Hospice Shops Ltd. of any change in my personal circumstances, such as name and address, or that I no longer pay UK Income or Capital Gains tax, or I wish to cancel this declaration.

Agency Agreement

• I agree to Trinity Hospice Shops Ltd acting as my agent in selling the goods I have brought in today and will bring into their shops in the future. They are not acting as a business in selling these goods and that neither Trinity Hospice Shops Ltd nor Royal Trinity Hospice will be responsible for any loss or damage to any of my goods. Any goods unfit for sale can be recycled and cannot be returned.
• I agree to our agency fee of 5% (plus VAT) to be charged and deducted from sale proceeds.
• I own the goods that I am donating.
