Raymond, Dad, Gramps. 91 years of wonderful you. The best man, husband, dad, grandpa and friend you could ever hope to have. A remarkable life lived, and we were all so lucky to have had you for so long. We will miss you forever. We are so grateful to Trinity for the exemplary care, love, and support that was given not only to Gramps, but also to us as a family in his last days. “Handpicked angels” my mum referred to the nurses as, and that couldn’t be more true. You can’t teach compassion and care, but Trinity nurses have this in abundance. Gramps had the most peaceful, loving, dignified departure swathed in love and comfort, which is all you could ever hope for for someone you love so dearly; and for this we have Trinity to thank. We will forever be thankful for the care, love, support and precious last days and hours that you allowed us to have together.
