Nan, if you were still here I would look after you all over again, fight for you to have the best care, just as I did when you were here. I will remember all the funny stories you told us and the laughs we all had. You are finally out of pain now & I hope everyone we have lost was waiting for you at the gate to meet you. Give my Mum, Grandad, & auntie Susan the biggest hug from me. We will see you all in the stars at night. 🕊️⭐️❤️
