In loving memory of Christine McBain who has died 20 October 2025 aged 95. Christine was a nurse at Trinity Hospice in the 80’s. As a committed Christian and wife of a Baptist Minister she dedicated her life to the care of others- her family, friends, church members and her community. She loved living independently in her lovely flat in Abingdon where she lived for the last 9 years, being cared for brilliantly by daughter Alison and her amazing family. She was so very much loved by all her large family and we are bereft without her, but so very proud she was our Mum/Nanny. She was special to many people and if you’d like to give in her memory we would be grateful for a donation to Trinity hospice who do so much to look after people at their most challenging of times.
