Matthew Johnston

In memory of Matthew Johnston. A dedicated father, loving friend and passionate advocate for inclusivity for all people. He was generous to the end and has asked that his friends and family consider a donation to Trinity Hospice in lieu of flowers for the exceptional care that they provided him in his final months. A life cut too short, but always thought of with a smile.
