Eddie and Jean Patience died in September just 6 days apart. Jean was cared for at home by Royal Trinity nurses before moving into residential care, and Eddie spent the final week of his life in the hospice. Our family are so grateful for the wonderful care that they received, and the help and support received by our family from all of the staff at the hospice. Charlotte and Nick, and our family would be very grateful if you could donate whatever you can to this amazing cause in memory of our parents. Thank you
